David Devanny is an award-winning multimedia poet from Bradford who makes poetry for print, performance, digital and exhibition spaces. His pamphlet ‘Wasps on the Way’ (Mews Press) won the Ictus Award and he has been shortlisted for a number of literary awards including the New Media Writing Prize. His print poems appear widely including in Poetry Review and The London Magazine. His poems for exhibition spaces have been shown internationally including Paris, Madrid, London, Dijon, Porto and Glasgow. He is a Digital Gothic studies researcher, publishing critically on Dark Economies, Folk Horror and Creative Writing Pedagogy. David is also Head of Writing and Journalism at Falmouth University, where he now lives.
