Janae Mancheski is an editor and writer living in Riverwest (Milwaukee), Wisconsin. By day, she coordinates marketing materials at an engineering firm, and by night, she's at various open mics and free write competitions in her neighborhood---after catching up with friends at the dog park and her favorite cafe, of course. Inspired by her talented community and Florence Welch's lyrics, her poetry helps her put feelings into words and therefore navigate the world more bravely.
