Will Alexander is the founding editor of Flare Journal, and a writer of literary and horror fiction, often exploring queer characters in bad situations. Originally from Wiltshire, he now lives in Cornwall. When he isn't working, writing or reading he is probably off somewhere creating short films.

Amirah Walters is primarily a writer of coming of age fiction with a soft spot for poetry. Currently a third year English and Creative Writing student, she spends her time exploring new coffee shops or carefully curating new playlists.
